SONY has recently rolled out Movies 7.2.A.0.4 app update for its Xperia smartphones. The app notification first appeared on Xperia Z1 but other Xperia smartphones has started receiving this update. The Movies 7.2.A.0.4 app update includes improved design and layout of Details page. This app can now show related content from Video Unlimited on cast, crew and Details page. This app update like the previous one will show update notifications in the notifications bar. You can lookup video details in Gracenote with this app.
The navigation is simple and you can view videos stored in different folders. Camera videos have a separate option to access in the main menu. While playing the video we can select the desired scene by just going to ‘Menu>Scene selection’.
To download the Movies 7.2.A.0.4 for your Xperia smartphone go to “Update Centre” and tap refresh. The update notification will appear, tap the arrow to download and install this Sony Media App. If you haven’t received the OTA update then you can download the APK file from PCNEXUS. The app size is just 18.7 MB.
